Shipping policy

Order Processing Times:

• Current TAT is 2-5 business days for most supplies. This does not include weekends or holidays.
• Current TAT for in house printed items/customs is 10-15 business days, but usually sooner. This does not include weekends or holidays. If for some reason you have any questions, please email us at: sss.customer.service1@gmail.com -- we will respond during business days and hours! :)

Shipping Times:

• Shipping times are separate from order processing times! TAT does not include the time it takes for transit. We are not responsible for any delays in transit!
• We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• USPS First Class packages take approximately 3-5 business days, from when it is accepted by the post office until it arrives to you. USPS Priority packages take approximately 2-3 business days, from when it is accepted by the post office until it arrives to you. 
• SSS is not responsible for any shipping delays. Refunds will not be given for packages that are delayed in shipping.
