Refund policy

SSS does not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind! If for some reason a package is damaged during transit, a claim will need to be filed by customer with USPS/UPS in order for a refund to be granted. This is the customers responsibility. If you order the wrong size of an item, no refunds will be given.

 

••After receiving product, it is the customers responsibility to inform via email if there is any issues with the order within 3 business days. We do not offer refunds but will do our very best to make it right.

**Reminder, TAT for RTS - 2-5BD (m-th), MTO 10-15BD (m-th). There’s a rush fee available for additional charge. Our TAT does not include transit time.

 🚨 if you file a claim against us, we will no longer being doing business. Claims hurt small businesses. If you order after you’ve filed a claim against us, the orders will be cancelled, refunded & there is a 10% restock fee.
